INTERNATIONAL DINING EXPERIMENT - I live in a diverse city. As a lover of international culture, I'm going to attempt to try a different nation's cuisine every 3-4 weeks. This blog will detail my experience.

PROJECT OF THE MONTH - This blog is a new experiment for me in 2010. Every month I will choose a new project, activity, or idea that I plan on implementing for the month. During the course of each project, I will attempt to blog about my efforts, trials, and triumphs along the way.
